Its been a month since our last blog and what can we say apart from sorry, its been a busy start to the year! Not least because we've been busy writing articles for other blogs and magazines, in particular the newest and hottest kitesurfing magazine Kitegirl! Issue 2 (the winter issue) is out now and packed full of amazingness - subscribe here or read on for our article on kitesurfing in the Cayman Islands! 

Miss Martina

There's got to be something in the name - child prodigy seems to spring to mind. First there was Hingis and tennis and now Miss D'Eustachio has burst onto the kiting scene to put most girls on the tour firmly back in their place. It's probably fair to predict that she'll probably be the first of a new generation of young kiters who are now learning the sport at a very young age. It's looking windy tomorrow and this is all the inspiration we need.

We're not even done with 2011 yet and we've already got too many trips lined up for next year that our wallets and jobs will allow....but we've just heard about this place and now we need even more! Nitro City in Panama is a new extreme sports resort with a cable park, kite beach, motocross track, skydiving......it opened officially yesterday with the likes of Travis Pastrama and Susi Mai checking out the facilities and now it's already booked up for the summer....see you there :)

Errrr.....how cool is this?! Burton have set up a website JUST for girls who love snow. Amazing! Burton girls is basically a blog with loads of info about travel, style, parties, fitness written by Burton team riders and trusted contributors. AND there's a style room where you can piece together your own Burton outfit! LOVE IT!

Santa stumped

Less than two weeks to go until Christmas! How does it always manage to sneak up on us? While we're all enjoying the festive season of boozy Christmas parties and yummy food, the days keep ticking by and our Christmas shopping list just seems to get longer.
