The 3rd annual Butterfly Effect downwinder took place a few weeks ago in Cabarete, bringing over 70 women together to get to know each other, clean up the local beaches and take part in a downwinder on a combination of SUPs and Kayaks. Sadly, the wind didn't play ball so kitesurfing didn't feature in the event as it has done for the last couple of years - but it still looks like it was a great success! 3 years ago there were only 20 girls taking part....the Butterfly effect is working! I hope we can join in next year...
